me sort through some of my hallucinations. This gives extra enforcement to the resistance @ 80.00 on the weekly chart. We will get some sort of a seasonal upswing but how much and how long does it hold. My guess is that the index rise will be similar to the 2007 rise but that is already priced in-----so then the question becomes, how much and how fast will the board try to OUTRUN the rising index? The next question haunting me-----is whether we get a surprise spike for Aug hogs which could also help Oct to put the early Oct hedgers with sizable margin calls or scare them out of their hedge plan. 2007 did give Aug a spike up which was a benefit to those waiting for a better target.

We have no idea whether Aug will give us a spike or not. There is a reliable clue for that possibility to happen. If there is a sustained 3-5 week downtrend into early July, I will be looking for a sizable pop into the first days of Aug. If the market is treading water at the top of the 3-4 week trading range, I will be hitting the sell side as hard as I can twist arms and smacking heads to get the orders placed.
