3/14/16 was down -0.03 to 66.77. The JJJs are now premium to the index by 3.90. That is a wide enough "Gap" for the high rollers to drop the JJJs by limit to mostly close the "Gap" and then let it work from there as the data rolls in. The J/K spread has has opened to -8.40. That is wide enough for me to buy and wait to see how it works out.

The six-day moving average carcass weight eased to 213.22#. That is -1.16# yr/yr. Index hogs are close to the same weight as the rest of the hogs but packer hogs are heavier.
