3/9/16 was UP +$0.92. That is a plenty good on-day jump!

The model projects that the component on yesterday's kill will be up between +0.20 to +0-50. Cutouts were firm yesterday and have been holding up quite well while carcass weights are creeping a tiny bit lower and it is especially the index hogs that are lighter in weight. We may be moving into the group of hogs that the last H&P report projected to be mildly smaller than the year before.

I took profits on the long JJJs yesterday and only have spreads and options now.
