2/3/16 was up +0.47 to 64.16 putting the "Gap" at 0.89 with the GGGs being premium to the component. The USDA came out with a revision to yesterday's report that cut the gain yesterday to+0.62.

The six-day moving average carcass weight this morning was 213.42#. That was down very mildly and -2.75# year over year. The weight of the Index hogs declined somewhat more that the rest of the hogs. I keep looking at this because it may be telling us that the supply of Index hogs is a bit tight. This morning I have been able to pull off quite a few scalps from the long side and am waiting for dip to reload. I holding tight to the four long GGGs that I carried over-night.
