spread that I prefer and, yes, I have some. Yesterday I piled another one on my boat at -4.15. With a little bit of luck it will go to the bank today or maybe I will add another at -4.45.

I started trading the K/M after posting a string with Farmer Ed years ago when he said, "Buy it at 3:00."

He also said, "Buy the KKKs and sell anything else."

I don't dare do that but mostly stick with buying the K/M.

I think the thing that makes this trade work is the fact that the KKKs are the "New-Kid-on-the Block" and are ignored by most traders to the point that they trail in value. Then sometime before expiration, pork demand surges as retailers gear up for the Memorial Day grill pushing them premium to the MMMs.
