11/12/15 was down -0.99 to 57.46 and the ZZZs are now trading discount to the component by -3.48. Obviously "The Market" is of a mind-set that the bottom is NOT in.

The six-day moving average carcass weight continues to move up and it came in at 214.14# this morning. That is merely -1.55# below that same date last year. Hogs are finishing rapidly. So far the kill rate this week is running a bit below projection. Does that mean hogs are backing up or does it mean there are fewer hogs than the USDA projected?
