sold VVVs at 74.50 you are looking good, Dewey. If you sold at 72.80, things are not looking so good.

I can understand your having a heavy heart when your friend decided to call it quits. Obviously I don't know his circumstances but at some point we all have to eventually check-out. As my wife's health failed and her memory was rapidly failing, rather than hospitalize her and utilize sophisticated life support measures, I chose to utilize hospice services so she could peacefully pass away. Sunday afternoon I visited a friend in a nursing home who has congestive heart failure, prostate cancer and diabetes. He is in a near-coma and barely able to raise an arm. I think if I were to get to that point or even aware that I was headed in that direction, I think I would prefer to pass through the vale rather than linger on as a burden to others.

Two things I had on my bucket list was to live longer than my wife so as to spare her the burden of putting me to rest and to keep her in her home that she loved and enjoyed most of our married life. I accomplished both and now my bucket list is very short.

I appreciate having you as a patron of the forum, Dewey, and being able to trade dollars back and forth with you. I say that because we are often on opposite sides of the hog market like now where I chose to get long the VVVs this morning while you got short. Of course with a little luck we will both make money.

Best wishes,

dhm
