peanuts for others. I've had a few conversations discussing trading strategies. When I talk about 2 lots with a 50-70 cent hit and run approach and now and then a big one worth 1.50-2.00, I get snickers. I had one response that I was wasting my time and eventually all of my bank account. That guy like so many others that come and go, quickly drained his account and is not trading anymore. I'm still plugging away with my waste of time and for some strange reason, my bank account keeps growing. Not as quickly as many expect or desire but I'm happy with it. Sure beats the anxiety highway I was on before.

I've seen the other side, so I'm completely satisfied with a slow steady increase each month. So my fishing is successful, since it is my side job, passion, and hobby. A secondary income that still demands I keep a primary income coming in but this year has been special and that secondary income is creeping up on that primary income which has me battling the swelled head syndrome constantly. Only 3 more months to keep my act together, to call it an amazing streak of luck. This is the first year I've managed to focus on fishing by setting my lines every day I have "personal trade, focus time" available and then trading the mechanics for whatever the market gives me.

In the past when I was building my fishing strategies, lack of confidence keep me using my old school approach 50% of the time. I had a 10k loss in the hogs a year ago with the PED explosion. Letting that happen scared the crap out of me. So this year, I've let my confidence for the mechanics of fishing be my game plan and focus around 80% of the time. It's the best decision I've ever made. One of my daughters is thrilled with it also since I've turned her small trading account into a fish pond also. Hey, that's a good LABEL since I love to label things------------I turned my trading account into a FISHING POND.
