8/28/15 was down -0.58 to 77.44. That, along with the surge upward by the VVVs, has closed the "Gap" to -10.10. Looking ata the way the VVVs jumped at noon, packers must be getting good money for the product today.

The six-day moving average carcass weight eased again to 209.22#. It looks like it is going to drop below the 209# level. It is now -2.84# yr/yr. Packer hogs are continuing to run about 3# heavier than non-packer hogs.

Scalping has been just So!!-So!! today. I have been working mostly from the short side of the VVVS.
