The final Purchase Index for - - -

7-28-15 was up +$0.13 and the model projects that the change in the component on yesterday's kill will be somewhere between down -0.05 and up 0.25. That's not much change but likely that there will be a touch of strength. This may reverse the long string of down days we have had since 7-14-15.

I know this is going to music to ITZ's ears!

Packers made only a fair purchase yesterday at 91.2% of the moving average daily purchases. Perhaps this is why they were bidding a little higher - producers were getting tired of selling at progressively lower prices. And the kill this week is falling short of expectations.

Kaa! Ching!! Just delivered a Z/G spread across the pond. I have not dared take on a very heavy load because the spread sometimes falls below -8.00 and I didn't want the draw down that would inflict on me or risk swamping my boat. If it gets to -8.00, I will LOAD my boat!! I still have a few I can sell if this rally continues.

Best wishes,

dhm
