actually finding that the Q/V spread is a fairly good surrogate for the K/M spread. It is quite a bit more volatile and the liquidity is a bit better. It will be nice if I can have Christmas two times a year.

How is your inventory of market-ready hogs? I get the impression that quite a few hogs have been pulled forward and the general supply is now a bit weak.
