many scheduled hogs. The reported purchases yesterday were a bit puny but there was a large jump in the scheduled numbers. They are +162K over the same day last week and they are 13.51% over the same date last year! Those numbers are more in line with the last H&P report and are supportive of the idea that producers have done some expanding of their production.

After looking at the scheduled numbers today, I'm more comfortable with my short positions in the JJJs and the MMMs.
