There is still a reasonable potential of an Outside Reversal to the upside December, that is reinforced by also a Directional change target.

However...it looks to be choppy into Jan. This looks to be possibly turning down here into Sept. but it is hard to say with all the red Trading Cycles. Looking at the top line of the Array... The Sept turn has 64 models lined up for the turn, May has 56 models, which may indicate some important turns.

This still doesn't look like a major high here, we may come down to provide for the energy it needs to breakout.
