I'm always amazed with what tendencies show up from the study of the Big Picture, long term charts(view the forest rather than the trees). The hog market is a creature of habit and the swing cycle lows, swing in a reliable almost precise pattern of time. The problem most have with recognizing this, is because some swing cycle lows are higher than previous, some are lower than previous, and many are in the same area as the previous. There are patterns of Time & Price squaring in each 9 year cycle low progression that do give helpful clues for what to expect next. The explosion to 133.00 in 2014 brought with it some disconnect to multi decade balancing progressions. This has brought chaotic moves and price ranges that make no logical sense. My experience usually proves Logic to be a Thorn in my Side to create donations that I had every reason to believe they would be deposits. Whatever works-----go with it. Whatever causes painful donations------get rid of it.
