10/21/15 was UP +$0.06 and the model projects that THE CME Lean Hog Index component on yesterday's kill will change in the range of +0.15 to -0.15. This amounts to essentially being unchanged. Packers made a usual purchase at 94.03% of the moving average daily purchases. They did make a large purchase of Index hogs - over a half-million. Usually it is a bit below the 500K level.

With cutouts being strong and the kill running below projections, I still prefer being on the long side of the ZZZs.
