to bad my fishing gear was still in the closet this morning. I was in a meeting from 8:00 to 9:15 that was suppose to only last 45 minutes. I knew the set up was there but I also knew I would not be able to manage my fishing lines, so I had no other choice but to be irritated about a meeting that could have been scheduled in the afternoon when the fishing waters are calm.

My oldest son got married on Saturday, so my weekend did not allow the usual 10-15 hours of homework, research, plan making that I normally do. I spent Monday trying to get my mind back IN THE ZONE. I'm still not sure I have all cylinders firing as they need to be. Wedding preparation really drains me. This is our 4th and they seem to get harder and more draining. Only 2 more to go, we are over the hump but my wife does not handle chaos very well and weddings seem to bring a lot of chaos. The problem with wedding preparation is "when mama isn't happy----nobody is happy" that really taxes me to the limit and seems to take a week for me to recover.
